Terms of service

The agreement for using Peel, in plain words.

Last updated 22 September 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Here Together, which runs Peel at peelcam.com. By using Peel you accept them and our privacy policy. Contact: support@peelcam.com.

1. Who can use Peel

You must be at least 18. Peel checks this with your date of birth and a face age check, and guests confirm it too. You must not use Peel if the law where you live forbids it. One person, one account; don't create accounts to get around a ban or a lockout.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for what happens under your account. Choose a public name that isn't someone else's, isn't offensive, and isn't a phone number. Tell us at support@peelcam.com if you think your account has been misused.

3. Rules for calls, rooms and streams

You must not:

• show nudity or sexual acts on camera, anywhere on Peel, including Adult rooms (which allow adult conversation, not nudity);
• involve, depict or sexualise anyone under 18 in any way;
• harass, threaten, stalk or bully anyone, or promote hate or violence;
• record, screenshot or share anyone's video, voice or messages without their permission;
• scam people, ask for money or personal details, advertise, or spam;
• impersonate anyone or pretend to be affiliated with Peel;
• break the law, or share content that infringes someone else's rights;
• interfere with Peel: modify or reverse-engineer the app to defeat its safety checks, overload the servers, scrape, or use bots.

4. Safety checks and moderation

Nudity checks run on the phones during calls and streams. Outside Adult rooms, a detection can mask a camera, end a call or stream, and count towards an automatic ban (for example, three calls ended for nudity within 7 days bans a device for 7 days). Anyone can report someone; reports go to human reviewers who can warn, ban for 7 days, or ban permanently. An under-18 result bans the device permanently. Bans apply to the device as well as the account. You can appeal a ban once, by email to support@peelcam.com. We may also remove content or accounts to comply with Indian law or a lawful order.

5. Diamonds, gifts and Premium

• Diamonds are bought through Razorpay and spent on gifts. They are a licence to use a feature, not money: they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or refunded once spent, except where the law says otherwise.
• Premium is a monthly subscription that renews until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current month is not refunded.
• If a payment is charged back or reversed, we may take back what it bought and hold the account.
• Peel has no games of chance or money games. Peel-and-Win prizes are free to enter.

6. Earnings

When you receive gifts you earn coins (currently 70% of the value of the diamonds spent, at ₹1 per coin), kept in your account. Cash-out is not open yet; these terms will set out the payout rules before it opens. We may withhold or reverse earnings that came from fraud, chargebacks or breaking these terms.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you say and show. You give us only the permission we need to carry it to the people you are talking to and to review it when it is reported. Live video is not stored.

8. Peel as a platform

Peel is an intermediary: the people you meet are strangers, and what they say and do is their own responsibility, not ours. Use judgement, don't share personal details, and report anything wrong. Peel is provided as it is; we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and the safety checks, though they help, can miss things or make mistakes.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Here Together is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for what other users do, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Peel at any time and delete your account in the app (Profile, Delete account) or by asking us at support@peelcam.com. Deleting it gives up its unspent diamonds and earned coins; they are not refunded or paid out. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and diamonds and coins are lost on closure for a breach.

11. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Using Peel after a change means you accept it; for a significant change we will tell you in the app first.

12. Law, disputes and grievances

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Complaints go to our grievance officer at support@peelcam.com; we acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.
